Listen To Your Favourite Song
Welcome to week 6 of 'Your Summer Of Self-Love'. Last week was some hard work on detoxing what you bring into your life through social media, so this week is quick, easy, and designed to make you smile. This week is all about nourishing and enriching your soul.
All you need to do this week, is listen to your favourite song. But, not whilst your driving, or ironing or doing anything else at all. Not whilst you're running, or cooking, or having a conversation. This is not about having some lovely background music, this is about properly listening to, and soaking up, whatever your choice of music is.
If you have time, sit down and listen to a whole playlist of favourites – if not, just one song will do. Close your eyes and enjoy the melody, the lyrics, whatever you like to take away from music, and sink into the moment.
